Forgotten Thought got together in the summer of 2002 playing covers of bands like Staind, and System of a Down. When the band decided to add a DJ to the band they started to create their own sound and started to seriously write their own music. Playing at their HGigh School Battle of the Bands they came out on top winning over heavy local favorites. The bands unique sound comes from there wide variety of musical taste. From bands like Incubus, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, to bands like KillSwitch Engage ,and The Bled. Each song Forgotten Thought creates has its own sound, and difference from the local feel of Hard-Core, Metal, and Emo. Set aside Forgotten Thought has matured through the short time they have been together and you can tell by the new C.D. they just recently recorded entitled "Fought Passage Throught the Willow and Shadowed". The unique blend of post-hardcore, funk, and emotional rock came together to put out and awesome realese. But more is to come from the band in the future.
