Hot Box

Written By: Formula 5

The discovery is killing me man I can hardly breathe,
And they say the roads less traveled are faster than perceived
And my, mind is shot, my eyes are red and the drivers losing sleep,
All we got is a bag of grass and this volume control speed
Take one deep breath......

Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road

Kick your feet up on the dash man relax yourself roll the windows back
Playing games like naming states of license plates as they pass
No telling time, no traffic signs, just the long awaited road
Just a couple boys with glass blown toys and no place else to go
Take one deep breath....

Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road

Feeling mighty fine my eyes roll back behind those Ray Ban shades,
Turn my head and crack a smile as I float off into empty space,
Spin it that's 15 minutes we've been on the road
Got 2 phillies in this here hot box, and you know its time to roll...
Take one deep breath.....

Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road

Hanging round and stopping by, remember last time i felt so high,
Cruisin' on that highway wide, nothing in way but dust and time.
Hanging round and stopping by, remember last time i felt so high,
Cruisin' on that highway wide, nothing in way but
Dust and Time.....

Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
Hold fast, cooking on down, cooking on down the road
