Fortunate Fall is metal band that brings a unique blend of melodic death and thrash metal band, harmoniously blending the two genres. The band does not focus on the limitations of classification. For the most part, they just try to play as fast as humanly possible at all times. Originally from Houston and now residing in the greater Los Angeles area, the band consists of songwriter/singer and guitarist Wesley Richards, on bass Kristen Moore and on Drums Alipate Mateaki. Their influences include; Death, At the Gates, Cannibal Corpse, Sepultera, Megadeth, Darkest Hour, Iron Maiden, the Black Dahlia Murder, Metallica, In Flames, Dark Tranquility, Strung Out and even Good Riddance.
