Forza

The story about FORZA is one of how music can unite everyone and spread happiness and joy, no matter how grave or bleak the situation. It is a story of how music communicates to us all, across geographical boundaries and languages. It all started in a refugee camp in Norway, where the founding three members met. But they couldn’t speak the same languages.
So what did they do?
They started communicating by playing music together. Despite the members difficult backgrounds the language that was created was one of hope, joy and powerful rhythms. This message was so expressive it resonated with others and soon the group was a multicultural mix of both scholar-ed and self-educated musicians. Each bringing a piece of what was to become the Forza sound to the table.

The big cities are a meeting place for cultures. People gather, interact and communicate every day. Consciously or unconsciously we meet people from near and far. Over time new cultures appear and disappear - or melt together. This has happened as long as mankind have existed, and will continue to do so. It’s called evolution. Forzas distinct sound is a result of such cultural meetings. Forza is a diverse united unit. Shaped in the form of the modern multicultural urban landscape. It is a mix of the past and the future, the northern and the western hemisphere, hip-hop and folk music, tragedy and joy – the result is a sound of powerful pulsating rhythms, a message it is impossible to disagree with, and music that gives you freedom of mind, freedom to sense, and forces you to dance, sing and feel alive. It’s the natural force of Forza.
