Huw's passions are music, skateboarding and cooking. When he was an early teenager his father helped him build a pretty impressive halfpipe among the hay bails of a back shed on the family's remote property in the Snowy Mountains.

However, studying at the Wagga Wagga Conservatorium on scholarship while still at high school, playing in pubs since age 14, his first home recordings were being played on ABC radio by age 16. At 20 he had a line of guitar straps he designed for an international company retailing across the globe. His passion for music is probably closer to an obsessive illness.

Huw's History is filled with rock and roll ethos. In the past he has toured Australia and played on records with platinum selling artist Grant Walmsley (Screaming Jets, Agents of Peace), played in a boogie band behind Canned Heat's James T, supported other Australia icons such as Renae Geyer, teaches private music tuition along side the worlds loudest drummer Col Hatchman (Guiness World Records, Nat Col & the Kings) and has worked as an accidental guitar tech the Angel's Brewster brothers side of stage at one Australia's most prestigious venues the Enmore theatre. Huw also topped the download charts at www.mp3.com.au for blues and roots, psychedelic and peaked at number 4 overall in 2004 with an bluesy acoustic slide track called .mojo'. All of this was under the ailias of Baby Lges Jones.

Recently while putting Fox Control together Huw has taken a break to get married to his life long friend as well as working as a live sound engineer mixing some of the nations & triple j's darling bands on a weekly basis.

Having played for many blues, funk and jazz bands in dingy bars, on festival stages and many records. Huw has decided to launch his own style music. Drawing on his live sensibilities built up from the traditions of Buddy Guy, Hendrix and onwards then indulging in modern influences including Jameraquai, Massive Attack, DJ Shadow & Squarepusher. This is part of a new culture of music making based on technology known as looping or improvised production.

The result is something unlike anything else. Original music and unique tributes like Beuna Vista's 'Chan Chan' and jazz standard 'Summertime' in cool down tempo cafe style grooves right through to dark electronica versions of Led Zeppelin's 'Whole Lotta Love' that could blow the roof of a complacent venue. Each set is special with improvised sections amongst structured performances normally associated with the electronic music world.

This musical project retains a deep respect for its roots in blues and a keen mind looking for new musical possibilities we hope you keep an eye out for Huw & this unique live music act.....
