Where is the line between ugly and beautifully abstract?
Fractured Image, born september of 2006, began in a small room bearing the numbers 133. Here, a common group met for a not-so-common purpose...an awakening. An awakening of the soul through music and the ever so important actions that back it up. An awakening of the mind, stirring thoughts and awareness to daily life and its possibilities. An awakening of the heart and its deep love; given to any who ask and all who don’t.
Such an awakening would result in a change touching every part of the world.
Can music create such a change? No.
Can a band? Maybe; but only if the band believes in more than music itself. Only if the band knows that their job is not only the stage but everything around it. Fracture Image is this band. A band that will cause a change the likes of which the world has never seen. But is the world ready to see such change? Will the world simply call it ugly, or will eyes be open to the abstract beauty it offers?
There is only one way to find out.
What does one see at first glance when looking at Fractured Image? A little bit of humor; an oversized hunk of wood and metal resembling a drum set; a guitar, a bass, a really cool looking violin; and some serious talent that peeks out here and there.
Now look deeper into the lives of Fractured Image. You will find a family that truly loves one another and the time they spend together. A family taking its first steps into the awakening and calling the world to follow.
