Fragile Animals began in a small room with a person sat at a computer for hours on end living an endless rotation of guitars, keyboards and programmed drum sounds. But the vision behind the songs was always intended for a live band. And in 2016 a few short months has seen one become three, and the small room has been traded for rehearsal spaces and now stages as this energetic three piece gather speed.
Fragile Animals have already recorded their first single ‘Signals’ which is set for release in early 2017. The soon to be released debut received commendation as a finalist in the APRA AMCOS Vanda & Young Songwriting Competition.
Amid a sound that hints at their Brit-rock & Indie influences members Daniel (guitars), Kyle (drums) and Victoria (vocals/bass) have found their sonic common ground, and with songs accumulating nicely the band have already returned to the studio.
The first half of 2017 will see Fragile Animals release their debut EP and tour it across Australia's east coast
