And though I've never taken a guitar lesson or a voice lesson or a songwriting lesson for that matter all I knew is that I wanted to contribute to "2010 Peace Song" which is why I've made these songs up in the first place...
To me it's less about the competition and more about what I think 'Peace Song' stands for, a search for unity, awareness of humanity, invoking in each of us a lil more of an effort to understand and lift eachother no matter our walks of life. If we can't embrace eachother in "person" maybe we can through music.. think, live, love and then some.. hope you enjoy these, my first recordings ever!! Soooo nervous!!
