Lyrics

Good Night Sister Sun

Written By: Francie Dillon

Good Night, Sister Sun
Time to slip away
Hello Mr. Moon, Time to start your day.

The stars all gather round, doing the thing they do.
Shining bright for all the world, shinning for me and you, Shining for me and you.

Good night, sleepy head.
Time to end your day.
Hello Dream land, Time to come out and play.

The stars all gather round, doing the thing they do.
Shinning bright for all the world.
Shinning for me and you.
Shinning for me and you.
Shinning for me and you.

Ollie The Dog

Written By: Francie Dillon, Christopher Hedge

Ollie The Dog

[OLLIE RAP]
Ollie the dog, Ollie the dog
A growling and a prowling and a sniff in the fog
She can find a flea before it starts to bit
She’ll look after you both day and night

Ollie was dog and she waited so patiently
When the boy wasn’t there, oh the days went on endlessly
How does she know when the boy’s coming down the street
How can it be? It’s a mystery to me.

[OLLIE RAP]

Now Ollie built a home of sticks and rags and other things
What the boy didn’t know was that she had thought of everything
There was a room for her toys and a room for her to go to school
There was a room to make noise, and a room for a swimming pool

Oh, Oh, Oh Ollie the dog
Oh, Oh, Oh that’s Ollie the dog

[OLLIE RAP]

You know Ollie had a band and for the boy, she wrote symphonies
The gophers played the drums and the birds sang the melodies
How does she know, how can it be
Ollie’s just a dog. It’s a mystery to me

[OLLIE RAP]

When the boy went to bed, Ollie crept up so silently
His dreams, so he said, were filled with doggie harmonies.
How does she know, how can it be
Ollie’s just a dog. It’s a mystery to me

Oh, Oh, Oh Ollie the dog
Oh, Oh, Oh that’s Ollie the dog

[OLLIE RAP] Repeat 3x
