Frank Nicholas Allegro is a rock singer / songwriter based in Miami, USA released his self-titled Debut CD, frank allegro (now completing his 2nd album - due in April 2010).

The son of a US Foreign Service Officer, Frank was born in Nicaragua and grew-up in several countries throughout Africa, Europe, South America and New Zealand. Fluent in several languages, this artist offers a distinct appeal reflected in his international rock sound as well as his lyrics.

The artist has played the growing rock club circuit in South Florida establishing a loyal fan base with former rock bands Toxic Mojo and Exit 13. Now on a solo-project, frank allegro performs in the South East USA and recently performed as an artist showcase at the Dec. 10-12 Miami Music Festival.
Grammy Award-winning Latin Bachata (awarded in Dominican Republic) music star turned engineer Alejandro “Colita” Vargas, based in Miami, has worked with Frank. The artist tours NATIONAL & INTERNATIONAL venues with miami rock band: AMBASSADOR
The self-titled, 8-track Debut EP (frank allegro) contains hard rock sounds with synthesizer-blended tribal-grooves driven by a fast and lively tempo quite appropriately reflected in this artist’s Italian last name: ALLEGRO. Permeating his music with in-your-face, dirty and gritty guitar riffs, the mercurial rock songs of frank allegro take-off from the very start with the driving beat behind track 1, Japanese Girl (New York – Tokyo), yet this accelerated tempo is enveloped in smooth musical melody, sing-along choruses and plenty of hooks. Midway thru the album he shifts gears and introduces lighter funky-blues tracks for the danceable and sensual side of music.
Delivering his words in a rock-and-roll, raspy, cry voice - full of sweet emotion, Frank’s good looks and fashion style offer a full musical entertainment package including a commanding stage presence while performing live. Recently awarded a black-belt in martial arts, he puts this skill to use live on stage with twists, kicks and dance moves, making him a captivating rock front man – always welcome in the contemporary live rock scene.
Frank is currently working on a full-length 2nd CD album to be released by end of April 2010.
