"Review of"

"Not of This World" is unique. Strong, emotionally convincing vocal performance.
Interesting lyrical concept. - Taxi

"Juniorscave Review"

Coming out of New Orleans, Frank Anthony Caronna has all the right stuff to make it in the music industry. He has been performing all over Louisiana for many years including playing in a variety of bands. At the moment, Frank is taking his act solo these days. With a distinct style that is sure to delight, Frank’s music is a powerful combination of rock and acoustics that will have old and new fans wanting more.

What makes Frank’s music a sure win is his solid acoustical sound that breeds unfolded stories of his personal struggles; bringing us the good, bad and the ugly. When I am listening to each track performed by Frank, I am hearing the different musical talents from the artist including his guitar playing abilities. With a voice that commands respect, you will love the music and message behind the artist’s songs.

With the release of his new CD "The Meaning of Happiness", fans of Frank will be overjoyed in his acoustical abilities as an entertainer. I give the CD a strong B+.

Bio

Frank is a musician originally from New Orleans. He sings and plays guitar with Genny Caronna. Genny sings and plays Kayboard. She has traveled all over Louisiana from Baton Rouge to New Orleans and in between. Frank has been playing music all over Louisiana for over 18 years and has played in rock bands, metal bands, funk bands and alternative rock bands doing both covers and originals. Genny has been singing professionally for 5 years. Right now they are doing acoustic/ vocal shows. However they would like to have a full band in the future.
Frank’s vocal style is mainly rock oriented. However, he does blues and country as well. He plays most of his music with an acoustic guitar but has been known to pick up the electric Guitar and shred. Some of his influences are Journey, U2, Garth Brooks, Chris Daughtry, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
Genny’s vocal style is a pleasant mixture of Rock, Pop, Soul, R&B, and a twist of Country. When Genny gets on the mic, people stop what they are doing and give her the attention she deserves. She takes over, takes charge, and sends her electric charm throughout the entire room.
Frank and Genny mainly play in small clubs and restaurants. They do charity shows when asked (some of their best breaks have come from their desire to help other people). Their performances are rock oriented, but try to keep a very diverse song list. Frank and Genny do classic rock, alternative, 80’s, Country, and modern rock. Their main goal when performing is to get people’s attention, make them smile and get them to start singing along.
