Frankie Whyte and the Dead Idols

HEY! I'm Frankie Whyte. I'm a music lover, face melter, compulsive hi'5'er, and professional wanderlust. I'm also 1/4 of the rock n' roll misfit explosion band: FRANKIE WHYTE AND THE DEAD IDOLS I get to write songs, grab my les paul, pack my knapsack full of tight pants to go out and kill shows with my 3 best friends. I love to yell at the top of my lungs, bomb hills on my longboard, go to arena shows and bug my friends with facts about why I think Richie Sambora and Mike Campbell are the best guitarists in the world! When people ask me what our music sounds like, I usually say "like modern joan jett'ish, but bigger sounding like Buckcherry... if Buckcherry wrote songs in the vain of Springsteen/Bon Jovi.. and if Bruce Springsteen/Bon Jovi were musically wrapped up into one person... and if that person was a chick, you know?" When I was 13, Bruce Cockburn one told me "Don't Let Anyone Tell You What You Can't Do". Those 9 words created an impatient/stubborn thorn of a dreamer.. but i don't think my band would have it any other way (well, except for maybe Danny; love you, dude!).
