Bio
Born and raised in the US in New Jersey to Portuguese immigrants who always had something playing on the record player.
I've always been into the guitar side of listening to whatever it was playing on the record player at home as a kid. I love to hear the guitar emote moods & emotions on any type of music that I've liked. The stuff that's sample up on this site are snippets of things that I've recorded in my home project studio with live drums that my childhood bud Paul Afonso has laid down for me along with some cool sample drum cds that have served their purpose.
I've been influenced by great players like Van Halen, Vai, Satriani, Joe Walsh, Steve Stevens, Hendrix, Page & so many more. What I like to play are melodies that can I move with on the fingerboard and hopefully emote moods and feelings that people can feel...whatever they may be, like happiness...sadness...jeolousy...etc. Been playing for about 25 years off & on but seriously for about 10. I currently play with a Pop Rock band called FourAfter based in the Newark, NJ area. We play both American and Portuguese Rock music but I don't really get to play the way I want to there. But that's cool. We've got some really good songs on our debut album that people seem to like quite a bit. But what I trulyfeel within are some of these tunes that hopefully you'll get and feel.
