Franky $horts/LMC^

Francis Bui better known as Franky $horts is a hip-hop artist/singer born in Toronto, ON who portrays deep lyricism within his music that compliments his rich, and colorful sound. He along with his family moved to Calgary, AB shortly afterwards where Franky was raised in the flame city. His diversity, and ability to display vulnerability within his art makes him one of the most interesting artist to come up out of the Calgary hip-hop scene. Franky's music has been mentioned in articles such as aux.tv and hiphopcanada. He was also featured on 90.9 CJSW, and has opened up for acts such as Madchild (Swollen Members), hosted/headlined his own sold out show called Evoyyc which was a hip-hop fundraiser that led to also performing/organizing another successful two day hip-hop showcase fundraiser called Common Influence: The Summer Vibe Out in August 2015. Franky $horts released his first mixtape called "Show and Tell" out on soundcloud for free back in May 2014. He is also the founder of the ever expanding movement/collective called The Last Minute Come Up (LMC^), a collective of like minded individuals whose objective is to influence people of all ages, to pursue what motivates you to the last minute.
