FreddieMills gives your eardrum’s inner child a spanking with a sound best described as Future-Fresh. As one half of the sonic chronic, beat beast Mills crafts hypnotic trunk-thumpers that are so fresh, he puts the "produce" in producer. Not to be outdone, the witty lexicon of FreddieBoy, the verbal gerbil, will have you combing Craigslist for a casual encounter with a new rewind button.
In their inaugural offering, F’m lures you into an absurd world of Gucci diapers, Pepto bottle-popping and pimped-out hovercrafts. On the classic coming-of-age tale “B*tch Get Off Me,” syncopated sirens and robotic beat boxes paint a gritty back drop for such off-the-wall lines as, “Graduated from pimp cups - now I ship elephants, sip from pimp tusks.” When the club banger “You See Me Girl” drops, the infectious guitar riff is guaranteed to overflow dance floors with people who can’t dance.
With no genre to limit them, no rules to follow and no image to uphold, the boys of F’m are free to be themselves. Through an uncompromising dedication to erase boundaries, matched with a deep-rooted respect for the art, FreddieMills seeks to take Hip Hop to the next level: Future-Fresh.
