In 2005, Freddy recorded "Midnight Train" and "Moon Song" in Manhattan at the renowned Chung King recording studio.
Few songwriters can combine style and emotion in their craft like Freddy Herrmann. His music has a powerful timeless quality that gives his songs the potential to be classics.
"I came up in the biz around age twelve, playing in bands, duos and learning the craft the old fashioned way," Freddy says with a seasoned smile.
This group of songs are among the best Freddy has written. "I felt tremendous hope and love in these songs. They reflect my spiritual journey combining music and prayer, while attempting to take the listener to a place of beauty and sonic excitement. Freddy's music is acoustic based pop that's fully developed and produced. You folks be the judge.
In autumn of 2006, Freddy will be traveling to Southern California to record additional songs for his upcoming album with producer Ray Peterssen of Raining Notes Music.
