"animal bueno"

This is not a new video, but it’s one we’ve never featured before, and really deserves to be.
“Animal Bueno” is a track taken from Fred Lorca’s Cuchita Club album, released in November 2011.
Fred Lorca is an Argentine musician that appears to have spent time living in Barcelona, Berlin,
Den Haag and Vienna among other places in his musical travels. An electronic troubadour perhaps?
This video was directed by another Argentine Nico Casavecchia and pretty much sums up the playful,
free, happy-go-lucky vibe that the song is all about. We’re currently smitten with Fred Lorca,
so expect lots more posts about this guy’s music. Here’s “Animal Bueno” - sounds and colors

"FRED LORCA"

- ZUBB

"fred lorca"

Fred Lorca is one of the most introspective characters we’ve encountered among the remarkable Vale Vergas catalog and after his impressive 2009 debut, Cosas Que Suceden, he is back into his pop cult with his latest LP, Cuchita Club. This is the one-man project by Argentine-born multi-platform artist Christian Dergarabedian. Like Brooklyn’s Helado Negro, Santiago de Chile’s Voz de Hombre and Madrid’s Anti, Lorca’s responsiveness to sonic texture takes him to the most rumbling corners of pop songcraft. “Animal Bueno” is the opening track on his new album and shows progression in almost every layer of Lorca’s rich melodic assembly. This flat-out gorgeous clip by Barcelona-based art director Nico Casavecchia is a great companion to a venturesome piece that’s at times eye-popping and surreal and at times breathtakingly humorous. Inventively drawn and self-governing in its motion, this clip also brings Lorca’s crooner vocals closer to a never-ending summer chillwave. - CLUB FONOGRAMA

Bio

Since my debut in Vienna in September 2010  i didnt  stopped playing alone and with band, composing, recording 8 albums to date & expanding my work to the video clips creating to date almost 40 videos (including clips directed by Nico Casavecchia, Txema Novelo & Ramiro Chaves, Kim Gomez and Chini ).

My  live shows either alone or with band are intense, emotional, vibrant and politically incorrect creating  an unique experience .I also makes very personal versions of argentine rock classics as "mañana en el abasto" Sumo, "Sucio y desprolijo " Pappo, " no pasa nada" Riff," No importa " Charly Garcia," "la balsa"Nebbia / Tanguito y" no vamo atrabajar " Rodolfo Zapata.
"The risk, humor, originality and ease of the songs and lyrics plus the particular sensitivity of his voice are obvious, being able to say without a doubt that Fred Lorca continues the irreverent musical legacy of Tom Zé , Eduardo Mateo, Arnaldo Baptista and Charly García meaning with a personal approach, breaking genres ".
