"“The R&B Princess, Liv Free”"

“The R&B Princess, Liv Free” is a very talented and beautiful young woman. She gives an aura off immediately when she walks in the door for you to be automatically attracted to what she is about to do. Before meeting, Liv Free, I had heard about her through mutual friends as well as her producer, Camp ( http://www.twitter.com/campionbond ), but never officially seen her or had the chance to make any of her shows so I threw the idea to Aeronotiqz to add her to the “All Black Affair” music showcase event. Experiencing Liv Free, on April 09, 2015 at Aeronotiqz first “All Black Affair” event of 2015 at Lola’s Saloon in Fort Worth, TX was intriguing.

“She put on a Great Performance” says Tiron banks from Aeronotiqz.

Not including her being the only female artists as well as the only R&B singer that night, she really impressed the crowd and invited them
all to move closer just to get a better look without saying anything at all. With her sensationally cocky and sexual but very attractive attitude while on
stage, she grew more than a handful of fans that night.

Liv, 21 years old, from Dallas (Oak Cliff), Texas. Graduating from Duncanville High School in 2012. Although Singing is her passion, she has many more talents such as, playing the piano, a trained actress, former cheerleader and a gymnast. She is a big proponent on freedom of expression and living a happy,
positive life overall (hence her mantra “Live free and be happy”). She definitely has a feisty and fiery personality. A sweetheart but she also has this uninhibited, take no shit, transparent side of her that makes her truly unique
and undeniable. Not really concerned about what people, that don’t know her, think. She actually eats and feeds off of anything negative thrown her way and that is a key proponent in this industry, having and developing that kind
of perseverance and strength.

Impacted by Gospel music, Liv first began singing in the church choir at a young age. Starting her career performing in several
theater performances, including musicals in which she honed her singing and acting abilities. Throughout the years she became heavily influenced in 90’s
Hip Hop and R&B which gave her an engaging format to form her own sound and style.

After graduating high school, she started attending college as a Vocal Performance major and began to formally pursue a career as a singer. Shortly after releasing her first single, ‘High’ in February of 2014, Liv became a member of the Upper Echelon collective and is currently working on her debut EP set for release this year. With her ultimate goal set at inspiring people from every aspect with her motto to “live free and be happy”, Liv Free is working hard to become more than what you think you see and is more than capable of earning all your attention. In conclusion, Liv Free is overall intriguing and very much a star already. She’s just waiting on everyone else to catch on.

She also includes where she is from, Oak Cliff, in her performance ‘Hold Me Back’ at the Modern Day Arts & Music Festival. April 11, 2015.

Bio

Liv Free has enough energy to power a small fleet of motorcycles. It’s a fuel that burns full throttle, ignited by the heat of her sultry voice and the power and passion of her performance. Cosign describes her as a seductive songstress, while 97.9 The Beat radio personality J.Kruz pegs Liv as “...very out in the streets. Not too prissy or too pretty.” But the question still remains, who is Liv Free? Is she the sultry yet innocent siren that she outwardly appears to be? Or is she the feisty firecracker that everyone warned you about? The compelling truth is, Liv Free is everything you think she is and much more than you think she’s not. More simply put, Liv’s fans proclaim her to be “...the girl you can take to your momma’s house, the strip club, the art museum, wherever…” And that doesn’t even begin to explain what happens the moment she opens her mouth and sings.

Hailing from the infamous Oak Cliff, Texas, Liv was born into the first family of the Straightway Pentecostal Cathedral Church of God in Christ right on the corner of Polk and Reynoldston. She was highly influenced by music being a shy yet active member of the church choir as well as insisting that her mother place her in classical piano lessons at the mere age of 6 years old. In conjunction with her deep rooted gospel and classical influences, Liv also grew up a radio baby during the golden era of music, better known as the 90's era. Those initial inspirations are what allows her sound to resonate with the depth of classic Neo Soul and reminiscent feel of 90's R&B.
