Fr(ee)us

Fr(ee)us is an Alternative Indie Rock band based in Burnaby, formed together by the cause of freedom through music. The band was formed in the beginning of July 2011 and has grown into their easily identified music. The bands songs have been written based upon personal experiences, desire and questions to life, the band has begun recording these songs into demo's this year. In support to freedom from slavery of any kind, the band wishes to impact the world through the unity of people joining in concert and generously giving as a first world individual to other third world individuals who are bound against freedom. Over 72 million people on this Earth remain as slaves either in their own country or somewhere foreign, fr(ee)us wants to create music that not only allows freedom to dance, sing or clap, but to allow the opportunity to give back and give into the 'Freedom from Slavery Cause.'
