"Frida Farrell is the dynamic acoustic pop-duo Frida Farrell (singer/songwriter) and Isabel Latz (guitarist/song writer). They have recently been joined by creative Tom Camillo (bass) and playful Sam DiGlovanni (drums/percussion).
Since their first rehearsal amongst 4 dogs (who have joined them ever since) in April 2013, they have written over 20 original songs and performed at various locations throughout LA, including the Viper Room and the House of Blues.
Their music has been described as similar in sound to the American rock/folk duo Heart, Alanis Morissette and a “female version of Simon and Garfunkel�.
Their songs are a combination of confessional lyrics, melodic guitar riffs and quiet, introspective compositions followed by catchy, upbeat arrangements.
They are recording their first EP in the fall (possibly including a variety of dog barks).
