Bio

Frinly was born and raised in the streets of Columbia “The Hub”, Mississippi. Frinly has never been off his grind. He attended school, in hopes of being a Major League Baseball player, but quickly moved in the direction of music. He was first known for being a member of a southern hip hop group, Cheeky Boyz. As a solo artist, Frinly released his first solo album "Mississippi's Only Hope." Once the album was released, cds sold out, his fan base grew, and he caught the eye of powerhouse recording artists. Standing out from other local talent, Frinly opened shows, shared stages and toured with Big Boi of Outkast, Lil' Boosie, 8 Ball & MJG, the late Pimp C of UGK, Webbie, Gucci Mane, Jagged Edge, Ludacris, Bone, Thugs and Harmony.

His last mixtape, Root of All Evil released on 11.11.11 gained him international fans from UK, Japan, Australia, Philippines, and Peru. He is currently working on his next club banger single with a feature from E-40 and Too Short. Making it in this game is NOT an option, it's mandatory.

Frinly’s music can be described as a balance of smoothness and toughness. Whether it’s the hottest trap single for the official hood anthem, crunk club banger or a bounce for the ladies. Always on a hunt for great producers and the beat recipe of songs with 808s with super fast hi-hats, drum rolls, orchestral synths and dramatic chord progressions. There’s something for everyone. His music and energetic live shows become every promoter’s dream and is what’s keeping him in the here-today, gone –tomorrow rap game.

Frinly is a straight-up dirty south rapper but southern hospitality and culture is in his blood. It keeps Frinly active in the community working with nonprofits from Mississippi to California such as Youth For Peace and Teens Invested in Giving Hope to Teens. Frinly is doing this for the new generation growing up in the same streets he knows so well, so they can see that with some motivation, determination, and a whole lot of hustle they too can have all they dreamed.
