From Nothing

Formed in 2009 during the first ever "You Make the Band" Competition the band got off to a rocky start. Every member of the band that came onboard seemed to fall off the wagon just as quickly. Then out of nowhere comes a phone call from a friend and the magic words "You've got to hear this girl sing". We already had a lead singer and she was great but something said get up and go and that is how the band met Ann Alece who had agreed to be the singer for an all girl band we were working on. Then once again fate strikes and the current lead singer resigns after finding out she is pregnant with here first child. So after lots of soul searching the bands co-founders Austin Thompson & Michael Sargent made two of the biggest decissions of their lives. 1. Michael would be the new Lead Guitar player. 2. They would scrap the two band concept and create one band built around Michael & Ann Alece. After going through a hand full of different musicians they decided to call a guy that auditioned during the contest but did not win, Jason Power a favorite that came real close to winning but lost by two votes. Jason had style and passion and that is all the band felt was missing in previous members so he auditioned in a living room at 8pm on a monday. And now he was in. Jason had a friend named Brian who loved to play the guitar and luckily for the band had a pretty good voice. And then there were 4... The rest is pretty much history in the making. As for the name, it's pretty simple. We did what everyone said could not be done two guys against all odds made a band from nothing...
