"All in all, people will find that this is a mainstream sounding band. Like good mainstream bands you'll hear a good rocking sound, some catchy instrument hooks, vocal hooks and sing alongs... I think this album is a great piece! I grade this album a solid B!" - Daniel C. Morrison, Alternative Revolt Magazine (Issue#11, page 69) (Mar 01, 2011)
"Their bio states that people compare them to a carnal meeting of Metallica and Breaking Benjamin. I don't particularly hear that. I'd throw in a hump fest with Sevendust and Godsmack with a little somber seasoning. " - Daniel C. Morrison, Alternative Revolt Magazine (Issue#10, page 25) (Feb 01, 2011)
"(10 out of 10) HOLY S**T!! I've been waiting for this!! You guys need to be signed. It's a shame you haven't been! I want to see you on stage with Avenged Sevenfold & Trivium. If you don't contact me ASAP, I'll be a little put off. " - HALLENA HINKLE (NYGHT SCENE MAGAZINE), Showcase Judge Comment Sheet (Sep 25, 2010)
"(9 out of 10) Crowd really seems to like this. Stage presence is nice!" - KATHLEEN HOLSTEAD (VENOM RECORDS CEO), Showcase Judge Comment Sheet (Sep 25, 2010)
"(9 out of 10) This band is great!! Wow!! Really great!! Great songs!! I want to work with you. Hit me up"

"(8 out of 10) Good rapport with the crowd. Good harmonies." - QUINTON SHEER: (REPRESENTING KEN KRONGARD/MAJOR LABEL SCOUTS/J RECORDS, RCA/GEFF, Showcase Judge Com
"From This Fire have a grungy, crunchy sound that's polished and catchy enough to draw comparisons to anything on mainstream modern rock radio. " - Jay Cridlin, Tampa Bay Times (TBT Soundcheck)
"From This Fire's latest EP "The Serenade" is 3 songs of modern hard rock that will have your head bangin' and fists a poundin'. The first song "Days Go By" is hard rocker that will appease any Decyfer Down, Red, or TRIGGERSoul fan. The guitar work is ballistic, the vocals are strong, and the whole sound is quite excellent. I also noticed they sound a bit like "Frail" as well. "Good for Nothing" is the next track and another rocker. These guys rock and the quality is top notch on this album. Great production and song writing throughout. The final track "Dreams" is a cool metal rocker and probably my favorite song. Overall FTF are a great band and this album is one you cannot do without so go check them out and get a copy of "The Serenade", you won't be disappointed." - Tom - Station Manager
"At some points they do have a slight metal edge, but are mainly mainstream style music and sound. ... I'm predicting teenage girls and young 20s bouncing up and down yelling they are the best band ever." - Wes Cambron

Bio
From This Fire is a hard rock/alternative metal band based in the Tampa Bay Area. Merging heavy guitar riffs with open melodic choruses, FTF joins Metallica with Breaking Benjamin, all the while burning with the embers of Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet For My Valentine. They bring a highly energetic vibe that speaks swagger and attitude in the music. And while they're the type of band that won't shy away from laying their hearts and experiences on the line, their affable personas will have the entire venue engaged.
The band has performed with acts such as Candlebox, Sick Puppies, HURT, Adalitas Way, Framing Hanley.
The band isn't afraid of using their brutal honesty to get their point across. Their live shows are the very thing they use deliver their fiery vision. Passion breeds passion. Excitement begets excitement. This is no more evident in seeing the foursome perform.
You can get the CD. You can get the shirt, wear it proudly. But to see the band live is to believe once you believe; you will finally know what comes From This Fire
