Frost Mountain Revival

Frost Mountain Revival strives to play the best collaborative original bluegrass and folk music. We focus on composing interesting music that encompasses and reflects our personal life experiences.
We are based out of Frostburg, MD and love the entire appalachian region!
All of our recordings are pure and honest, never mulitracked. Set up a couple condensors and record or we will just use tracks recorded live!
This band brings its own unique style of bluegrass music to its library of original material and a few selective covers. We are certainly not unfamiliar with the worlds of funk, rock, country and jam bands which finds its way into our style.
We have been together for 2 years playing folk and bluegrass festivals, venues such as The Purple Fiddle in Thomas WV, hometown venues in Western MD (Go Dante's!), radio stations and many private parties and events! We have been honored to open up for Joe Craven, David Grier and Orrin Star and lucky enough to play behind Del McCoury at a local fundraiser. We are high-energy and can play a bar as well as a festival as well as a church. Our show is fun to dance and drink to, but its also completely family friendly and we thrive with all-ages crowds!
