It is a well-crafted CD that showcases its creator’s talents as a poet, musician, songwriter, and singer. In this contemporary age of generic pop/rap music where male artist tend to write lyrics that often focus on girls and money, this is a refreshing alternative. Although studio driven, this disc is not over produced, and does not rely on studio wizardry to deliver the typical robotic syncopated production heard in most music today. It plays/flows more like a live set “that I’m sure matches when performed live in concert.” Track 4 “Groovy Day” kicks off on some psychedelic trip, but when FUDAKOCHI sings “You woke me up with the sun/I thank you for your love/besides all my problems/I know that I’m Ok ’cause you are by my side through rainy days and clouds/ today is goin’ to be a groovy day . . . “ “You truly believe that it is”. I Love this CD!

Soulternative Recording Artist "Fudakochi"
Fudakochi (pronounced Foo-dah-co-chee) has been a consistent voice in the Miami music scene for many years. He is a passionate singer/songwriter who expresses his musings through a unique blend of soul and alternative music. Fudakochi has coined the phase Soulternative to describe his sound. He's a multi-instrumentalist and truly gifted vocalist whose musical style ranges from gospel, rock, soul, funk and operatic influences. He was raised in a family of musicians, which more than likely plays a part in his lack of restraint as a prolific, heartfelt writer and soulful performer.
FUDAKOCHI has released his new LP "Love Invasion S.P." This new Album is being launched after a musical evolution that occurred by finding his sound - Soulternative.
The album which was supposed to be released in 2015 was not satisfactory according to Fudakochi. However, this was the catalyst to what is now "Love Invasion S.P." FUDAKOCHIâ„¢resurgence with new soulful material showcases true usage of his time to reflect on life, love, and God. He also elaborates and mentions that "The evolutionary process was a journey...it has brought him to a new understanding of his self, which translates into my music."
Through his journey Fudakochi, recorded many songs and has accumulated a 17 song album. With his earlier release of his EP "Sound", he wanted to give everyone just a taste of what's to come.
"Love Invasion S.P." is an experience and it takes you into space, some would say to Soulternative Planet. Laced with songs like "Spaceborn" which embodies the essence of Soul, psychedelic, and alternative music. As well as the summer anthem "Melanin Poppin" which is sure to keep you cool with a soulful vibe. The album also includes smooth faint notes of rock and soul in "Together" which is the soulful dimension of the album. The entire album embodies a journey through space, time and sound. The album is now available on AppleMusic and Spotify.
Fudakochi is also known for his highly energetic live performances, which can best be described as spiritual awakenings. He pours his heart into every single note freely and openly and leaves his raw emotions on the stage. As a professional working musician, he has toured throughout the United States and Europe.
