Fujahtive was formed in Toronto in the late 80's and toured Canada extensively across Canada.The bands video for Send Fi Mi Girl from their first album "In Black and White" was in regular rotation on Much Music. The album was winner of the Prestigious Canadian Reggae Music Award. Their second album "The Sound" was nominated for a Juno Award. Fujahtive is known for high energy live shows with their burning 3 piece horn section the "Brass Roots" and opened regularly for international acts such as Burning Spear, Gregory Isaacs, Culture, Judy Mowatt, Sly and Robbie, Linton Kwesi Johnson and more. The band have been playing reggae music since they were friends in high school and the love they have of making music together captures the crowd with an amazing vibe and energy as lead singer Winston Ho-Sang likes to say every-time! all the time!
