"Rock and Roll Universe"

Lineup: Cheap Trick (Headliner) , Joan Jett, Eric Sardinas, UFO, Full Circle

Comstock, Nebraska is located in the central part of Nebraska. And for the past few years on the third week of July this little town of one hundred and ten people swells into the thousands for this annual four day rock fest. Many great bands have graced the stage in the last few years including: Ted Nugent, REO Speedwagon, Grand Funk Railroad, Jackyl, 38 Special, Lynyrd Skynryd and many, many others. This year I made my first trip to Comstock for day three of this year's star studded lineup.
The day began with Denver Colorado based Full Circle. They're a five piece band that reminded me a lot of such great bands as Judas Priest and Queensryche. Their vocalist had a hell of a set of pipes on him and the rhythm section was tight as nails.
They played a sixty minute set of all original music. Good stuff, very heavy, yet very melodic. And their vocalist didn't sound like the Cookie Monster when he sang so that's always a plus. Full Circle was a great way to warm up the very small crowd that was there at this point. They're a band that should be kept an eye on as I expect great things from them in the future - rru

"The Harf Live show review"

The Scene: The House of Rock on an absolute dismal night of freezing rain and icy roads.
The Story: Only good bands bring in crowds on nights like these. Only a great bar and talented staff knows how to sign those good bands.
On this night “Orbital Nubs”, “Garage Stomp” and “Full Circle” were playing to a great house of diehard fans. Die hard fans that braved ice covered roads for their chance to see their favorite local bands take the “House of Rock” stage.Next up were the modernized 80’s sounding Full Circle. Before the show Tommy, the lead singer, told me to, “wear a seatbelt.” Boy was I the stupid one for not listening. With my face plastered against the fiberglass casing of the engineering room I was pummeled by the theatrically trained vocals, the fast moving guitars and thundering drums. Perched on either side of the stage were a couple of long hairs toting Ibanez guitars like fully loaded assault weapons ready for a high-noon showdown. In the back sat Craig, the drummer of Full Circle. Craig absolutely destroyed the place. Had the building not have been recently rebuilt, I feel he would have reduced the bar to rubble. With awe-inspiring vocals (despite a cold) and a truly at-home stage presence, Full Circle rocked the House of Rock. Siting inspiration from 80’s legends like Queensryche and Stryper, this band held true to their youthful roots. Toward the end of their show they played a new song that will be on their next CD release (also a showcase performance to be held at the House of Rock, call for details) and lets just say it blew the roof off the mutha. Full Circle’s music can be found at Amazon.com, Best Buy and Sam Goodys of Colorado.

"Strutter Magazine (Holland) "Self Titled" review"

“Here's a band from Denver, Colorado playing good old 80's melodic hard rock. Fans of WINGER, DAMN YANKEES, FIREHOUSE, HARDLINE, ETC will appreciate FULL CIRCLE. "Change" and "All I Need" are groovy melodic rockers like late Firehouse. "Walk Away” is a good 80's melodic rocker; "Body Talk" is a groovy hard rock tune. The best song of Full Circle, "Tomorrow", is a great late 90's U.S. mainstream semi melodic rock ballad (hello Damn Yankees and Hardline). "Steal Away is again groovier and "In the Cold" is a very good up tempo melodic rocker in the 80's style (Dokken meets White Lion).” - Gabor Kleinbloesem

"SLAM! Magazine (Italy) Review of "Night and Day""

Born in Denver, Colorado in the summer of 1997 and influenced by such groups as Queensryche, Metallica, Iron Maiden and GnR, Full Circle’s self-produced CD, released in 2000, “Night and Day” has Tommy Krell (lead vocals), James Spence (guitars, backing vocals), Craig Cottrell (drums, backing vocals), Troy Mock (bass, backing vocals) impressing us with their 10 energetic and melodic tracks. You hear the heavy rocker “Faith and Fear” and immediately realize the talent of these 4 rockers with their grand guitars and strong rhythm section. “Piece of My Heart” and the power ballad “This Time” are the most commercial pieces of the job that can satisfy both the lovers of classic metal such as Dokken/Keel, as well as the more melodic or progressive type such as the already quoted Queensryche - Moreno Lissoni

Just one of the many high energy shows Full Circle has been performing since their inception in 1997. Armed with the blazing guitar work of James Spence, the thundering bass of Keith Trayer, the insistent drums of Craig Cottrell and powerful vocals of Tommy Krell, Full Circle is clearly the premier rock band in Colorado, pleasing audiences with their melodic, guitar driven songs and unshakable vocal hooks. The undeniable chemistry of Full Circle is evident on their debut disc “Self-Titled” and follow up disc “Night and Day”. Often called “Denver’s Hottest Original Rock Band “, Full Circle has been compared to the likes of Metallica, Queensryche, Guns and Roses, Iron Maiden, and other modern progressive artists. Full Circle’s live following continues, winning the Hard Rock Café “Shot at the Cabo Wabo” and Colorado State University’s battle of the bands and subsequently playing live on CSU’s radio station and at the university’s “Green and Gold Explosion” festival. With excellent reviews from Sweden’s “Catchy Hooks” and Germany’s “Strutter Magazine”, Full Circle has been bombarded with requests for CD’s and press kits, including the recently recorded video for “This Time”, both locally and abroad. With a new studio (owned by the band) and more than 30 new songs to choose from, Full Circle is once again hitting the studio to record their new CD. Stay Tuned……..

Press Reviews:

- Catchy Hooks (Sweden): “Full Circle is a band from Denver, Colorado that plays melodic progressive metal a-la Queensryche and Sacred Warrior. Opener "Change" is a nice song with verses that sounds a lot like the mighty Queensryche in their "Empire" days! "All I Need is a great semi-ballad with a catchy chorus... "Walk Away" is back to the progressive stuff again. It's an up tempo rocker that fans of Queensryche will enjoy for sure! I must say that I really like the guitar work. "Tomorrow" is another good acoustic ballad with the typical late 80's sound. "Steal Away the Night" has got a really cool guitar riff that reminds me of the verses on "Don't Stand So Close To Me" that the Police did, but more metal of course. And let's not forget "In the Cold" with a lovely intro a-la Queensryche and both the guitar sound and the vocals by Tommy Krell is pure prog-metal a-la late 80's!”
