"Louisville Rock Lowdown"

...The sound is varied from song to song; the group does not yield to any mold. I have seen these guys play live several times and they bring a TON of energy with them to every gig. You can tell that the band as a lot of fun doing what they are doing... - Louisville Music New - Jason Koerner

"blurb from joe taylor's podcast blog"

Full Tilt describe "A Life Without Life" as "one of those 'the world is going to hell in a handbasket' songs where we implore people to look at the way they live and change for the better." We just think it's a great song. - Trytunes.com

"Debut cd not so full"

... "in 'Please Just Stop,' the song has good variation in music and smooth transitions. The guitar solo almost sounds as though it was inspired by something from the '70s (which is good), mixed with modern rhythm patterns to bring together a good song....... - Ius horizon

"XR900 Review of Lord of the Strings"

....There was an
interesting breakdown in the middle of their set where
the front half of the group (everyone but tyler) moved
for make-shift drums and all played, in unison, a stomp
like segment that had the audience interested to say the
least... - Evan Newton

Bio

Full-Tilt is a post modern rock band from Louisville, Kentucky. Bringing a sound that is both atmospheric pop and in your face rock, they occupy the middle ground between 311, Muse, and Queens of the stone age. With ethereal strings and swirling vibraphones, pounding drums and echo soaked guitars, dripping distortion and pulsing bass, Full-Tilt is a band that is hard to describe yet easy to grasp.

Their Debut Album "The Endless Smokebreak" is the culmination of 2 years of hard work and dedication to bringing this unique musical vision to life.

Already being praised for the albums singularly unidentifiable sound, Full-Tilt have begun touring to promote the album. Live, they bring the attitude and the message of the music to life with an energy and immediacy seldom seen today. A Highlight of the show includes a huge percussion break involving trashcans and audience participation that always leaves the audience amazed and excited

Seeing Full-Tilt live will leave you exhilarated, stunned, and on an emotional high. People walk out of their performances with sore throats from singing along and tired feet from jumping and dancing.
