Bio

Fusion Blue's music creeps into the venue as easy as a breeze on a warm spring southern afternoon. Patrons are soon consumed with that breeze and are swept away by a sound that can only be described as Fusion Blue's owo southern psychedelic. "I don't know man, it's like these guys are Widespread Panic meets the Allman Brothers." - Will Floyd, Profound Sound, Memphis Tennessee.

After only one year of jammin', Fusion Blue has already notched Venues as: The Old Daisy Theatre - Memphis, Tennessee Cicero's - St. Louis, Missouri George St. Grocery - Jackson, Mississippi Grubs Bar and Grill - Fayetteville, Arkansas Shawnee Park Cavefest in Carbondale, Illinois. Playing at these live venue's is Fusion Blue's passion. Sharing the stage with circuit guru's such as Speakeasy, Shady Deal, Bockmans, and the Zen Tricksters have placed Fusion Blue a residual following that is second to none! The audiences become engulfed in the music and without fail, Fusion Blue makes a second appearance at each venue.

Fusion Blue consists of founders, Branston Keefer (ld. guitar), Trey Presson (rhythm guitar, vocals), Josh Monroe (bass, vocals) and Tim Morrison (Drums). And late 2004 additions, Drew Dollar (keyboards, vocals) and Nathan Beck (percussion). Once they landed their first gig, it was obvious to everyone within an earshot, that these Southeast Missouri boys were doing exactly what they were supposed to be doing.

Fusion Blue shows great promise in the studio as well. Linking up with Will Floyd of Profound Sound in Memphis, Tennessee. Floyd produced their first in-studio demo with six "grab you by the throat" songs in less than three hours, near perfection! In the summer of 2005, Fusion Blue will be producing thier very first album for release in the fall.
