FVRmind

FVRmind is the brainchild of Swedish artist and songwriter Isabella Köhler Alvén, in collaboration with Swiss producer Ean2, Colin Lanz, now both based in London. FVRmind creates melancholic ambient pop with a psychedelic atmosphere and a dash of trip-hop. 

Isabella and Colin are both experienced live performer and recording artists. Isabella has been a part of a number of bands of various genres that have received attention in Sweden and internationally. Together with Miriam Gullbring she fronted and wrote the music for the provocative pop-band 'Cupid Kidz', moving on to fronting and writing for rock band IKONIA. Isabellas vocals and songwriting can be found in a lot of different contexts. From collaborating with the indie-pop music collective 'the culture in memoriam' to performing with the Swedish club music band 'Regeringen!' to performing and writing with the mods-pop band the Men. 

Colin has his roots in the Progressive Indie band Quintessenz from Basel, that has gotten a lot of local recognition, their EP "Ellipsis" reached Nr. 18 in the Swiss album charts. He is at the moment involved as a producer and audio engineer in several projects under the name Ean2. 

FVRmind's debut EP “ENTER”, released in may 2018, transports us into a world of emotional down-tempo beats and atmospheric Scandinavian soundscapes. From euphoria to the deepest of doubts, FVRmind represents mental health issues, strong feelings and confusing emotion, invites you to take part in relatable raw intimate moments.
