Bio

Gael Warning is a progressive Celtic World-Folk-Fusion band from North Carolina who blend Scottish, Appalachian, and World vibes to create music that "...stretches tradition like a banjo string and skewers notions of conventional folk music." --Creative Loafing.
The band regularly plays highland games and music festivals all over the southeast, including the Grandfather Mtn. Highland Games, the Lake Eden Arts Festival, the Festival for the Eno, and the Savannah Scottish Festival.
In the past few years they have contributed music for the soundtracks to several films including a documentary on the Isle of Skye in Scotland, and the psychological thriller "Whisper."
