Bio

Daran Marke Haskins, better known as “Gage,” was born in Suffolk, Virginia, June 13th 1986. He grew up the only child of a single parent household where his mother also played the role of his father. While growing older, Gage, as well as friends and associates, began to see a vocal talent within him. He often sang to females just for the love of R&B music until around 15 years old, when he first found true love and fell deep for Hip Hop.

During the early years of high school, Gage’s skill and development was visible and progressing rapidly. He created an image and reputation in Lakeland High school that was undeniable, yet respected by many. By the age of 17, Gage was already on the roster of independent label R.D.E. (Reservoir Dogs Entertainment) where he bonded with fellow label mates and began his long journey of recording and performing. After a few years, due to a difference of opinions, all artists parted their ways; however, quitting was never an option. Under other companies such as (Major 7 Productions and G-man Management) the music continued to pour and performing became natural.
