Lyrics

Run Through Fire

Written By: (c) Garr Lange

Touched by the fire the lightning switch flips
One more refrain falls in place bit by bit
Some call it madness, some call it bliss
To run through the flames inspiration has lit
I run day and night to beat back the rain
Something inside me is fueling these flames

As I Run
Run Through Fire
Feeling the Flames
Run Through Fire
Again and again

I live on the edge emotions have fed
Pushing and pushing on through the bed
Some call it madness cursed by the gift
Feeling these flames when the lightning strike hits
I run day and night to beat back the rain
Something inside me I need to explain

As I Run
Run Through Fire
Feeling the Flames
Run Through Fire
Again and again

Some call it madness consumed by the gift
Touched by the fire, I run through the pit
One more refrain falls from my lips
Feeling these flames touching my skin

As I Run
Run Through Fire
Feeling the Flames
Run Through Fire
Again and again
I Run Through Fire
Feeling the flames

Run....I Run....
Run....I Run...
Run, Run, Run, Run, Run...

Everything She Does

Written By: Garr Lange

EVERYTHING SHE DOES © Garr Lange

She’s got a hole in her stockings
But I don’t mind, I don’t mind
And she’s got a crazy kinda hairdo
That I like, that I like a lot

If you don’t know by now
I’m in love with Everything She Does
If you don’t know by now
I’m in love with Everything She Does

She drives a Comet for a mobile
She likes to drive and I don’t mind
Cuz she’s got a certain way of looking real
What I like, I like her a lot

If you don’t know by now
I’m in love with Everything She Does
If you don’t know by now
I’m in love with Everything She Does

I’m in love, L-O-V-E love
I’m in love, L-O-V-E love
Whew, whew

She’s got a hundred dollar wardrobe
That she don’t like, that I like a lot
Cuz she’s got a certain way of wearing those clothes
That I like, I like them a lot

If you don’t know by now
I’m in love with Everything She Does
If you don’t know by now
I’m in love with Everything She Does
I’m in love and it’s wonderful
It’s a wonderful thing, this feeling
I’m in love and it’s wonderful
It’s a wonderful thing, this feeling
L-O-V-E love
Everything She Does
L-O-V-E love
Everything She Does
Everything She Does

Riverside

Written By: Garr Lange

RIVERSIDE © Garr Lange

I just received a simple letter from my love
In the letter she’s tellin’ me she misses my touch
I miss her so much

I’m thinkin’ of those things I know
About a girl close to me waiting back at home
On the Riverside, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside

She’s kinda tall kinda lean all woman in between
But you don’t compare when the lights turn low
Oh she can love, she can love
She’s not overly pretty by the standards of the city
But you don’t compare when the lights turn low
Oh she can love, she can love

I’m thinkin’ of those things I know
About a girl close to me waiting back at home
On the Riverside, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside

She’s got me sentimental for her love (Sentimental)
She’s got me sad and lonely missin’ her touch
I miss her so much (Sentimental)

I’m thinkin’ of those things I know
About a girl close to me waiting back at home
On the Riverside, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside

She misses my touch, I miss her so much

I’m thinkin’ of those things I know about a girl close to me
Waiting back at home on the Riverside, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside
My girl back home, on the Riverside

Wild Country

Written By: Garr Lange

WILD COUNTRY © Garr Lange 2004

You are now in the Wild Country
Where women are shy and men are big
You’re drivin’ late at night and wha’dya know
She dies on you…shoot
You’re broke down and there’s no one ‘round to help but me
Here I am, when you’re drivin’

Where the people tell you not to stop
Where the people smile at you through the trees
Where the people stare at you in the Wild Country
Livin’ in the Wild Country, yeah

Strangers come, then they go
Traffic runs along up the asphalt road
Your car’s broke down and all you see ahead is trees
Big trees
So you call the station man, he’s right there in a flash
And he is me, here I am, when you’re drivin’

Where the people tell you not to stop
Where the people smile at you through the trees
Where the people stare at you in the Wild Country
Livin’ in the Wild Country, yeah
Here I am, Livin in the Wild Country, yeah

YEAH, Ooo yeah, Livin it up, oo yeah

So if you go to the Wild Country
Where women are shy and men are big
And you’re drivin’ late at night and wha’dya know
She dies on you…shoot
Well you call the station man, he’ll be right there in a flash
And he is me, here I am, when you’re drivin’

Where the people tell you not to stop
Where the people smile at you through the trees
Where the people stare at you in the Wild Country
Livin’ in the Wild Country, yeah
Here I am, Livin’ in the Wild Country yeah

YEAH, Ooo yeah, Livin it up, oo yeah
Livin’ in the Wild Country
There you go, uh, come and get it …

Never Had Love Like That

Written By: Garr Lange

NEVER HAD LOVE LIKE THAT © Garr Lange 2004

It appears she’s gone
I Never Had Love Like That
Three days is too long
When you have Love Like That

I don’t care if she loves me
I don’t care if she knows
I can’t take much of that
I don’t care if she don’t want me
And she goes walking out my door
Lord I just can’t take anymore
Anymore of that

We threw caution to the wind
Never to look back again
She was holding me so tight
I never had love so right

I don’t care if she loves me
I don’t care if she knows
I can’t take much of that
I don’t care if she don’t want me
And she goes walking out my door
Lord I just can’t take anymore

Doesn’t she know what she can do to a man
Doesn’t she know (with Love Like That)
(repeat)

I’d do it all over again
But not back to back
‘cuz I need some time off to mend
I Never Had Love Like That

I don’t care if she loves me
I don’t care if she knows
I can’t take much of that
I don’t care if she don’t want me
And she goes walking out my door
Lord I just can’t take it
I don’t care if she loves me
I don’t care if she knows
I just can’t take…
Anymore, anymore of that
No I never had love
I Never Had Love Like That
I Never Had Love Like That

Dim the Lights

Written By: Garr Lange

DIM THE LIGHTS © Garr Lange 2003

Drowning in a bottle of ol’ Black Crow
Past the glow to the road o’ woe
If the sum of life are the days gone by
Tonight the toll’s on the minus side

Time to Dim The Lights
And reconcile this sight
The shadows are cast
And through the glass
I see my life

Never turned back on a dead end road
I hid the map and I held out hope
I told myself the signs were wrong
And earned the right to sing this song

Time to Dim The Lights
And reconcile this sight
The shadows are cast
And through the glass
I see my life

Reconcile this sight
The shadows are cast
And through the glass
I see my life

Dim The Lights
Dim The Lights
Dim The Lights
