PRESS...
"Foisy's songs sounded like they could have been written by the likes of Neil Young, but they were performed with the energy that makes Bon Jovi famous. His voice, along with its range and precision, impressed the audience."

- Russell Moore, Seekonk Star - East Bay News

"While the combination of an acoustic guitar and a breathy voice isn't anything new, he keeps it fresh, and catchy, too. "Red Lights," which Foisy said is his favorite track and the potential name of his upcoming debut, is both simplistic and engrossing with a timeless sound."

- Andrew Martin, Newport This Week - East Bay News

AWARDS...
Nominated Best Male Vocalist & Best Singer Songwriter - Garry was nominated in Motif Magazine in two categories of the 2006 Motif Music Awards: Americana Music Local Category Nominations Best Male Vocalist & Best Singer-Songwriter.

Lyrics

Red Lights

Written By: Garry Foisy

What if I die real young
What if I don’t and live till I’m ninety one
Only to figure out
That maybe I was right
Or maybe I was wrong

What if I ran real slow
What if I thought I was chased by a ghost
But only in a crazy dream
Maybe I’ll wake in time
Maybe I won’t

I was afraid of my left
Scared to my right
Of things that only come out in the dark night

Afeard of below
Struck that up above
No heaven awaits me pure as a white dove

And in long conversation
I flinch thereof
A black cat crawling under ladders of lost love really slow
So let my Red Lights turn to go
Let my Red Lights turn to go

What if moved real close
Uncomfortably so I loved almost
Never completing me
So maybe I will
Now maybe I won’t

What if I lost my own mind
What if I thought I was left behind
And everyone were strangers then
Who knows why
And who know when

And everyday I was afraid of my left
Scared to my right
Of things that only come out in the dark night

Afeard of below
Struck that up above
No heaven awaits me pure as a white dove

And in long conversation
I flinch thereof
A black cat crawling under ladders of lost love really slow
So let it free and let it go
And let my Red Lights turn to go
Let my Red Lights turn

Pilot of the Sky

Written By: Garry Foisy

Full time pilot of the sky
I’ve been flying for days
I ain’t looking for no tomorrow

Part time lover of the night
Looking for a way
To spit out all my sorrow

Long time been since I’m moving
The times are changing
and baby so are we

And maybe you can run and you can hide
But the curse of fate
Will bring you on home to me

So come on aboard my plane
I’ll take you up for a ride
But keep your ticket close at hand
I’ve got a feeling down deep inside of me
That far beyond this cloud
Lies a sun waiting for its chance to come out
Stop the plane, let’s bring it to a hault
I never thought I’d see the light shine upon me
The light shine upon me

Where Do We Go From Here

Written By: Garry Foisy

Outside looking in from the corner
Unbelievable sight like I’ve never seen before
From where I want to see
And it’s going on all around you
Uncontrollable fire like you’ve never burned before
And where you want to be

Where Do We Go From Here
With too much playing going on
When do we know, Where Do We Go From Here

Open up your mind and come in here
Unforgettable role from the one you used to play
And wake up where you are
Inside looking out from the circle
Unbelievable tales and myths and gold at the end
Of colors in the sky

Where Do We Go From Here
With too much playing going on
When do we know, Where Do We Go From Here

I look at you and I see me
And all the things that I want to be
So I’ll live my life within that dream
If you’ll just tell me

Where Do We Go From Here
With too much playing going on
Where Do We Go, Where Do We Go From Here
