Bio
Gary was born and raised in New Orleans. Grew up playing trombone (his father's instrument), bass and guitar. Played his way through the 60's and 70's in folk and rock bands until he went off to make his living as a Television Producer/Director. But music was always his passion. Wrote and played intermittently over the years while working in New Orleans, Washington DC, St. Louis, and eventually, back in New Orleans. In 2002 his work brought him out to Portland, OR and the timing was right, and he began to focus on writing and playing his own music with his own band.
