Radioindy presented Gary with a 2009 Grindie Award for his newest CD Tybee Tyme in the Country category. A Grindie is a Grammy equivalent for independent artists.
If you have heard Gary sing, you know his voice is often compared to Elvis & Roy Orbison. He enjoys all types of music. Gary’s newest CD is Tybee Tyme. It is a collection of Beach, Country & Love Songs. Tybee Tyme includes two of his original songs. Tybee Island & Savannah. Gary’s First CD entitled Heaven’s Just Around the Corner was released in February 2008. It is an upbeat Gospel CD. It is comprised of four of his original songs & five updated standards.Gary has performed at venues in Georgia, Ohio, Virginia & West Virginia including TriState Casino, the LaBelle Theater, The Alpine Theater, Live Radio on WYAP, the Colonial Beach Yacht Club, the Fort Stewart Officer’s Club, the Marriott Hotel in Charleston, WV and various Gospel Singing Conventions. county events, fairs, conferences, parties, restaurants & competitions
