Gene is a singer/songwriter from Michigan.
His songs are unique to the Christian genre, in that they teach, encourage and uplift Christians to embrace the "new man that is created in Christ". Less praise and worship ,and more let's get out there and live the more than abundant life that God has promised his son's and daughters.
"So Much More' was a God inspired project. Gene’s prayerful hope is that this compellation of music will inspire his children and others to go to God first, and seek His direction for their lives. The music on this album was inspired , by the work, study and teaching of God’s Word by many different men and women of God. It was written, performed, and produced with a thankful heart from a simple man who has found that his ministry for God’s people is in providing music to uplift and inspire them to stay rooted and grounded in all that God has provided in order to live more than abundant lives.
Gene's new album, to be released in March of 2009, was inspired by his travels around the country and the great heart that he saw in everyday believers to walk and serve God. In 2008, Gene performed in Houston, Denver, Chicago, Columbus, N. Carolina, Tennessee, and at many fellowships in his home state of Michigan.
