Bio
After beginning her studio recording accompanying local Hip-Hop artists from the Bay Area, Genevieve began the R&B Group "Legato" in 2001 with partner Roland Apikelis and toured the West Coast until 2005. The groups' music was produced by Roland and posessed deep beats and soulful instrumentation which backed Genevieve's freestyle hip-hop style and passionate ballads. The duo released an album in 2004. Genevieve had meanwhile recorded numerous toy and video game voiceovers which brought her into the Children's Music project "Choo Choo Soul" a venture that she co-owns that has since been picked up by DISNEY and is currently airing on the Disney Channel Daily as a children's Music video show starring Genevieve Live.
Planning to release her solo album in 2006 she continues to co-write for other R&B/HipHop artists.
