Bio
George's music is raw and rough on the edges, yet appealing to a cross-over demographic. Almost drowning in musical influence from the age of 4, Cate has went from learning to play drums to bass to electric guitar. Self-taught vocal and guitar techniques laced with inspiration from his predecessors such as Shannon Hoon, Kurt Cobain, Jim Morrison, Layne Staley and James Blunt. A total music lover whether it be country or deathmetal, George listens to it all. He can be seen and heard playing with his band Predawn Hour or solo at a bar or coffee shop with his acoustic in hand gripping everyone's attention in the room. Many stories to tell and a short time to exhaust them.
