Hendrix is my main influence, but I also love Radiohead, Sex Pistols, Joy Division, Eagles, Grand Funk Railroad, Rush, NY Dolls, Boston, etc.
Robert Johnson, Chuck Berry, Fela Kuti, Billie Holliday, and Hendrix, I particularly admire for their maverick sensibilities.
I also love cryptic crosswords, Palgrave's Golden Treasury, Travels on a Donkey in the Cevennes, Poe, Dumas, Dorothy L. Sayers, Merleau-Ponty, and so on.
