Bio
I was never born. I just arrived one day in the back of a taxi, wrapped in blue and wearing a decent impression of Winston Churchill. It was late December and the geese where obese. Still, my sister swears I was the best Christmas present ever. Bred (and buttered) in Dublin, educated by the Christian Brothers, but I’m alright now. Delivered by whim to Sydney in the eighties. Sang, wrote and recorded with Brisbane band, My Three Sons. One single: Walkaway. One album: Wages of Sin. Producer: Peter Wilson. Pop music in the glory years of Aussie pub rock. Last song proved prophetic: Too Soft For This Country. Retired hurt. Got on with life: job, two kids and a donkey. Rediscovered longing and angst in the shed thanks to a desperate spouse, a cheap keyboard and Cubase Lite. Now I’m bitter and twisted and all out of shape. Got a hole in the place where my heart used to ache. So much to live for and so little time to repent.
