Getting Famous

Getting Famous is a three piece rock/alternative/hard rock band from Warwick, Rhode Island consisting of Guitarist/Vocalist Patrick Drake, Bassist Rourke Ferguson and Drummer Max Toole. They have been working intensely and dedicating time, sweat and emotion to create the music they have today. They have played shows in the local scene and are constantly looking for gigging opportunities or any true opportunity to share their music. Getting Famous blends influences from all types of bands such as; Modest Mouse, Pepper, Sublime, Braid, La Dispute, Manchester Orchestra, Brand New and others. They wish to push the boundaries of music and create a sound unlike many bands currently in existence. All members are matured musicians and blend well with each other to create a unique sound. The stage presence and crowd interaction is also a large part of their image.
