"John Lee Hooker"

"Girl you can boogie!" - The Original Boogie Man

"Hal Horowitz"

"GG Amos is the real deal and she’s got the album to prove it." ”Molten, stinging, fluid guitar tone...amazingly supple and powerful voice..." - Blues Revue Magazine

"Guitar Shorty"

"You're a hell of a guitar player girl, and singer too." - "The Pope of the Blues"

"Kjell Andreassen"

"Must say nothing is as good as sex, but this is close..."
- Radio Holstebro - Denmark

"J. Oblander"

"GG plays with her fingers; gets a warm tone that way...and is pretty quick.." "I tell ya, she can hit some licks. Anytime I see a guitar player wearing heels, a turquoise mini-skirt and a red satin blouse, it gets my attention. More so, of course, if the guitarist is a woman." - SOUTHWEST BLUES -Dallas

"Horst Horsekienen"

“. .One of the most impressive young up and coming new guitarists I have heard. It seems like there is a bountiful crop of female guitarists on the scene such as Deborah Coleman and Susan Tedeschi. They got nothin' on GG ! ” - Tune Times -Michigan

"Rolf Stensletten"

“I could have mentioned several women guitarists who have had their breakthrough, that doesn't reach this lady to the knees. GG has the blue tone in her playing that every guitar player is searching for.
This is a blueslady that has the musical experience and ballast that's needed for a breakthrough” - Rock Magazine -Norway

"Rol Trierweiler"

“It’s always a great pleasure for us people in Europe to discover incredibly talented musicians we never heard
about - of course your CD has been and will be played in our radio show ‘Turn the Heat Up' !!!” - DJ / Writer - Radio ARA -Luxembourg

"Kenn Rodriguez"

"Vocalist/Guitarist GG Amos seems to have learned the one lesson most blues based guitarists never comprehend - It's not the notes you play, but where you play them. Her debut CD "Gotts Ta Go" (FunkyTown) places Amos smack dab in the middle of a blues/R&B smorgasbord, where her sparse-yet-tasty playing and smooth-as-30-year-old-whiskey vocals can squeeze the most from the group of crack musicians she has backing her." - Albuquerque Journal

"Drew Hobbs"

"Well, I've had a fair bit of time to play "Gotts Ta Go" and I have to report that what we have here is one terrific guitar player and a blockbuster of a singer! I have to say that GG's playing is is right out of the top drawer and her vocals are just amazing. What's so pleasing is how well one compliments the other; everything just gets carried along on the tastiest of grooves, but it's not overdone or overplayed like some of these so-called guitar gods. I decided to listen under headphones, and it's under the cans where you get to hear the lovely rich tones of her guitar and the great versatility in her voice." - Kokomo Records -UK
