Each year Lovettsville’s Oktoberfest gets bigger and better. This weekend’s edition is no exception.
The event kick off tonight at the Lovettsville Community Center where the festival’s king and queen will be selected and crowned. Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m., with the judging of the royals at 6:30 p.m.
The party really gears up a bit later down Broad Way in the main tent. Ghost Pepper plays and the townspeople again pursue a listing in the Guinness Book of World Records for their annually singalong. - Leesburg Today
Lovettsville residents have more to celebrate this St. Patrick’s Day than just the Irish holiday.
The Lovettsville Game Club will hold the 2018 Spring Fling fundraiser 6-11 p.m. Saturday, March 17. Put on each year by the Lovettsville Elementary School PTO, the event will feature dancing, live auctions, a buffet dinner and music performed by Ghost Pepper. Mayor Bob Zoldos and PTO President Natalie Metzler will be this year’s co-hosts.

A well rounded group of seasoned musicians performing multi-genre dance, party, rock, music experience. Performing songs from artists such as Lady Gaga, Green Day, Prince, b-52s, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cyndi Lauper, all the way to Old Crow Medicine Show. Ghost Pepper has been performing in the MD, DC, VA area over 7 years. From small intimate functions to large outdoor festivals.
