Her sounds are stark and cold, her evocation, intensely human.
Her lyrics, honest yet elusive, her palette, minimal and all inclusive.
But it is perhaps, her songs aside, two remote islands at opposing ends ends of the Earth that best summarise Ghostgirl's contradictions.

Both Ghost,

Working alongside producer X. Yang (HTRK, Kirin J. Callinan, Silencio), a sonic scientist and musical mathematician,
her compositions swell and sail in the sea that they were dreamt up in.
Both live and on record, his synthesis of precision and grit provide the bed of silk and nails in which we dream and sail with her.
Organic / Synthetic. Still / Tidal. At Peace / In Peril. Lamb / Wolf.
With anticipation, the debut album, is set for release in late 2010.
