On June 1, 1990, a star was born in Providence, Rhode Island. Giavanna Calcagni is a fresh, new, original artist that is ready to capture the world’s heart using her voice and words. Gia grew up in Providence where she always had the heart and soul for music. She always put her dedication to writing, even outside of academics. During her free time, Gia would express her emotions by writing lyrics and poems. When she realized that she could sing as well as write, she put two and two together and started recording her own tracks. Most of her time was taken place in the basement of her house, with her computer, and her microphone. She would spend hours and hours writing and recording to instrumentals and loops. Gia never made a big deal out of her talent until her family and friends listened to her songs that were secretly being recorded, and were in complete shock at what they heard. Now it’s time for the world to hear what Gia has to say. She will open up your mind and capture your soul. Here we go, it’s Gia Babyy :)
