Gie Few

Songwriter Willie Ferguson grew up in small town Michigan, and it shows in his writing. Gie Few is full of the same kind of honesty that you'd find being belted out at the local tavern. Or as Willie describes it, 'you couldn't swing a dead cat without hitting a jukebox full of John Mellencamp.'

That straight-ahead American rock sound is what Gie Few does best. At times John Hiatt, at times Dylan & The Band, and at other times straight up Rolling Stones, but at all times honest.

The roots-rock band from Southern California has recently released its second full-length album. Carpool Tunnel is filled with the same Dylan/Springsteen - influenced songwriting that landed the band placements in films 'Under The Same Moon' & 'Boy S Tenyu 2', and a fair amount of radio play.
