Hollywood-FL it's been a long time coming, but Gigi DeNlsco is breaking the barriers and finally getting her music
out beyond her beloved home state of Florida. "Pony Ride" the second single from her new indy disc "Too Close For
Comfort" just entered the Top 10 on FMQB'S Top 40 AC Chart at #7. "Before We Start" the heartfelt mid-tempo rocker
and first single was released this past spring and peaked at #11 on FAQ's Adult Contemporary chart,receiving loads
of airplay everywhere from Maryland, Iowa and Kentucky to Bermuda and Maui.
"Too Close For Comfort" is being heavily promoted through CD Baby. The success of "Pony Ride" is especially
Gratifying to DeNisco because it was the one song she didn't already have when she first got Into The Studio. She
says, my manager Jeanne Towne was just trying to encourage me one day when we first met and said "This is good
stuff Let's just get on the pony and ride". It was great to just take those words and run on pure inspiration".
Playing in a variety of musical settings (solo, duo, trio, full band) the very, classic rock influenced
Singer/songwriter has become a South Florida institution with her SRO performances (over 150 a year at last count)
at clubs like Tobacco Road in Miami, The Island Grille and The Lor-e-lei (lslamorada, in The Keys) and Toucan's in
Hollywood Beach. This past May, Gigi and her band played at the world famous Sunfest in West Palm Beach opening
the main stage show for Michael Bolton; the fest's lineup over the four day weekend included Bruce Hornsby,
Duncan Sheik, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. The Gigi DeNisco Band has opened for many Nationals including Boz Scaggs,
Stevie Nlcks, Steely Dan, Willie Nelson, Keith Urban and many more. The next single that will be released is the
grooving' rocker "Walkin A Line". This release will be coupled with a Band Tour, most likely in the Spring of 2007.

It's always nice to receive CDs from female artists who know what they're doing. AII the songs flow along on
this CD and there's no disjointed jangling stuff going on. The songs are well crafted and Gigi has a nice strong
voice. Her songs are very melodic and there's a lot of thought put into the lyrics. I loved reading the story
behind "The Angel Song". She's a brave soul as well. Her songs have that classic rock feel to them that people
love and it's nice to hear that type of music still being produced. There's no whiny emotion on here. Just
sincere, thought provoking melodies and well written lyrics.

Gigi DeNisco one of South Florida's best Singer, Songwriter, Rock Vocalist and live performers. Voted "BEST FEMALE ROCK VOCALIST" in The Miami New Times. Born and raised in Miami Florida, she has been entertaining audiences for many years and making a living doing nothing but music. Gigi was classically trained on piano while her main instrument is the accoustic guitar. She can fill a room with her accomplished voice and one guitar or she can rock an arena with her awesome band. The Gigi DeNisco Band has opened for many known artists such as Willie Nelson, Boz Scaggs, Stevie Nicks, Steely Dan, and Keith Urban, to name a few. In 2006 Gigi headlined the world famous Sun Fest in Palm Beach opening for Michael Bolton and was the only indy artist featured on the NBC Nighly News in Palm Beach. The Gigi DeNisco Band was the performing act at the Toyota Dan Marino Celebrity Invitational, entertaining more than two thousand celebrities. Gigi also represented South Florida at the SxSW Music conference for The Florida Music Association, and recently showcased at the 2008 Cutting Edge Music Conference in New Orleans, and in March 2009 her trio rocked The Parish on 6th Street at this year's SxSW in Austin Texas. She is a Heartfelt Adult Alternative Artist with a Classic Rock feel and a Southern Edge to her song writing. She writes extremely well structured, melodic tunes, then teams up with her band for the final arrangements. Gigi has several Billboard Songwriter Awards as well as many other articles and reviews of her works. She is a perfectionist who perseveres until she conquer's her goal. Nothing says it better than her latest release "Too Close For Comfort". The Hit single, "Before We Start" charted at 11 and a second single "Pony Ride" galloped to # 5 alongside hit makers, John Mayer, Nickelback, and Five for Fighting. As an "Indie Artist" Gigi broke all the barriers on the FMQB A.C. Charts. These Two Tunes did so well with National Air Play, they both made it in the Top 100 for the year 2006 on the FMQB top 100 list. In fact she placed at #43 with "Pony Ride"!
