Giovana

It was clear from early on that talent and passion were strong in Giovana. Growing up surrounded by art, culture and music, Giovana began to express her own creativity early in life. By the age of nine her musical gift was obvious, as she began singing her favorite songs for her mother and father. Her parents knew then that their daughter had a special gift to share with the world.
Giovana’s dedication to music was apparent early on as she recorded her vocals in a trusty tape recorder that she carried with her everywhere she went. This love of music helped Giovana to develop quickly as an artist, and she began performing for close family and friends when she was ten years old. What impressed people most about these performances was that Giovana would present her own original songs along with favorites from established artists.
Giovana and her parents felt her talent should be shared with others, and so they reached out to those in the industry. Aiming to work with the best, they approached the world-renowned Signature Sound Studios in San Diego, Calif. Having worked with recording artists such as U2, Akon and Blink 182, the heads of the studio knew real talent when it was presented to them. During Giovana’s audition, the studio team knew they were witnessing something special, as the skills she already possessed were rare to find in someone so young.
At the age 16, Giovana understands her role as a complete artist and is working each day to rise to her potential. She regularly takes part in dance and vocal training, song writing and recording, all while attending charter school in order to accommodate her full-time dedication to music. Musically, Giovana finds inspiration from a roster of artists that includes Christina Aguilera, Pink, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce and Michael Jackson. In spite of her dedication to music, she knows the importance of balance in her life and continues to spend quality time with family and friends, whether at the movies, her favorite sushi restaurant or at Zumba.
With the support of her family and a dedicated team of individuals with experience in the music industry, there is no telling where Giovana’s talent will take her in the years to come. It seems certain that her hard work and dedication will continue to bring her recognition both among fans and the music industry at large.
