As if by a miracle, destiny seemed to have planned that one fine day Giulia from Italy, Alejandro from Buenos Aires and various musicians from Barcelona should coincide in a studio in that same city. After falling in love with Giulia’s voice the musicians began a project that was to draw on musical landscapes from all over the world: the warmth of the Mediterranean, the suggestiveness of chanson music, Latin tremendismo, Mexican tragedy and jazzy elegance all combine to make up an album that is unique, persuasive, wonderful and overwhelming.
Woody Allen have selected two of their debut album songs, to appear in the soundtrack of his next film: "Vicky Cristina Barcleona". Five stars.
